I am looking to source a small fixed blade knife for my son.
He is wanting one and a leather sheath that would go on his belt at about 4 o'clock and canted about 30 degrees. This style is pretty popular with cowboys in this part of the world. I just don't know where to start looking to find one.
Would like it to be good steel that is easy to sharpen. Doesn't have to be the best out there, just durable with a tight sheath to secure it while he is working. There are days he will hike nearly 15 miles in a day in the brush and timber etc.

Have you seen the Mike Miller cowboy knives in the classifieds?
Some come up every so often.

Is he looking for one of the Sheepsfoot blades they call a castrating knife or bull cutter? If so, Moore Maker makes a nice one. Tbonescustomcreations. Texan Knives.

Find a populr knife like a buck 113 skinner and them go to amazon, etsy, or ebay and find a sheath for it.
