That cop is a liabilty to that small town and the towns ins. rates are probably going to get jacked once the lawsuit for civil rights violations is settled. Can anyone say higher property taxes due to the cities liabilty ins. going up? Thanks officer schmuck.

Thanks...I have some test loads ready to go using R22 and H4831sc. I have spoken to a Barnes tech advisor but was hoping for some real world experience from this group. I also have some Accurate 4350 that I will try. Also, I have noticed that Barnes has updated a lot of their data from their one and only manual that was published in 2008. Thanks for the reply.

I find it interesting that the guy narrates the video in the beginning and relays what 'Mom says but doesn't play the audio while the cop is talking to her just before he arrests her, but then the audio is played when he's pissed to show he's a bad man.
Try again.
I think the cop needs to learn a little more patience with 18 year old girls but then again it appears she refused to get out of the car when told to do so. Seems likely you knew this, but in case others didn't catch it, the reason there is no audio is because he didn't turn his bodycam on. I just glanced through it but I did catch the anti cop narration of the narrator. Because of the anti cop narration it leads one who wa to to remain unemotional and find the truth to not believe the guys whe story. Like I said I think the cop needs to learn to have more patience with a 18 year old girl. He should probably be disciplined and take a few classes but beaten, fi e ed, and jailed. Naw.

Re: 260 Rem or 7-08 Rem....Why would you pick one over the other?

I vowed about a decade ago that I was going to buy one more 30-06 and then explore the realm of smaller calibers for the rest of my life. I already had a 25-06. When it came time to decide on a next choice, I picked 7mm-08. My reasons:
1) I'd heard all sorts of good reports on 7mm-08 over the years regarding its use on whitetail. 2) It seemed to be a near-twin of 7mm Mauser, so the track record was longer than the '06 3) I liked the idea I could make brass from 308 WIN 4) My target load included a 139 grain bullet which was neatly between the 117 grain 25-06 and 150 grain 30-06. 5) I've never taken an animal at distances further than 200 yards. Inside 200 yards, the 7mm has more to offer than the others, at least by my read.
