Alienating your base is not a winning strategy Then what do you call yesterday? For the bazillionth time on my life the Marxists told the Republican's to go ph uk themselves, and the Republican's happily agreed. In China, they would already be dead. Not here. Friggin Nation of gutless cowards.

Over the last 10 years or so, Cookie had a run of 4 black mule deer does and a single black buck. None to be seen in in the fall of 2023 though. They've were posted here a couple years back. Link to black deer

Jordan 357 Magnum brass??
Nollij
04/18/24
I came across a box of this brass recently, and can't find much information about it. Does anyone have any background on it? My picture taking skills are lacking as usual. No big deal, just wondering what I have here.

Re: 17 Mach 2.... ?

Strosfann: I am a firm believer in LOTS of scope power for my rimfires - and for adjustable objective scopes on rimfires as well. My ultra-accurate Kimber 17 SVT (Silhouette/Varmint/Target) has a Leupold 6.5x20 E.F.R. variable scope on it - this 17 Mach2 is just absolute death on Ground Squirrels! To WAY out there! I use the Hornady 17 grain V-Max ammo in this rig. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy

260Remguy: Those Weaver V-16 scopes are just about perfect in my experience for rimfire accuracy and Colony Varmint shooting - I have a BUNCH of them on my guns in both the Du-Plex reticle and the fine crossharirs fine dot reticles. Shot some Snowphers yesterday with the fine crosshair and fine dot V-16 (17 HMR Rifle). Wish they were still made. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy The Weaver RV7, RV9, and V16 were really good, but often under appreciated, scopes. I bought several of each when Natchez as closing them out a couple of years back.

Re: Iran getting lit up in next 24 to 48 hrs?

IDF kills 2 senior Hezbollah leaders during a strike in Lebanon. Ever notice IDF never kills low level gophers? Then there’s the 34,000 helpless civilians. The IDF is quite good at killing low level gophers also. As for the “helpless civilians “ that you mentioned, they were warned in plenty of time of what was to come. Make your deal with the devil and live with it or die with it. How about the innocent slaughtered Israelis, crash? Your comments on those folks along with the hostages? There are no innocent Israelis. None were slaughtered. Oh , you mean the ravers hit by Hellfire missiles from IDF helicopters? That’s their own Hannibal Directive in action. Not Hamas!

Re: why do we dream in metaphors ?

An antonym to the word "metaphor" is the word "original". I tell folks that I operate, (both consciously and unconsciously) within a narrow band of mediocrity, which typically precludes/ excludes originality. ya! GWB PS: Heard if you eat the mushrooms that come up in your cow patties you can do it while awake. Yup! Ask me how I know!
