I have a very lightly used Sako 995 in 7 STW. Karl Feldkamp has performed the following upgrades:
Spiral fluted bolt
Fluted barrel
Skeletonized bolt handle
Gun coated barrel
Dura coated stock in OD green
Added his brake which is integral w/ and of the same diameter as the barrel. It is very unobtrusive and reduces the recoil to that of a .243.
At some point the purchaser might be interested in replacing the recoil pad.
The rifle is a tack driver and has seen very limited usage at the range only. Weighs in at about 9#'s w/ scope and mag.
Use it as it sits or as the basis for a tactical.
Included in the price will be 2 detachable mags, Redding dies, some brass, Talleys, insurance and shipping.
