Considering POI consistency, I don't know what can make the difference between a bolt sliding into a barrel and a barrel sliding over a bolt, or both of them.
I saw it only in driven hunts and "running boar" target shooting contexts, which involve shots on running targets at short range. POI consistency is less important in that context.
