I hear that. I always wanted one too because of JOC and others even Jim Zumbo and Charmichael planted the bug. However I could never afford one until I got older. I always packed the "poor man's" model 70 (sporterized m1917) and was content with it until I got my first pre 64 blush. I am very impressed with the new winchester model 70's too. Even the one Newhaven model 70 30-06 impresses the hell out of me with how consistently accurate it is. They are great and always work, alot to be said about that..... One of my favorite videos:
