OP pacecars Campfire Tracker P Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 6,995 Tallahassee, FL USA	I am familiar with the Cody Ballards and originals of course but have never seen a Red Willow Ballard. This one looks to be in decent shape and has been rebarreled in a 30 inch heavy round barrel with would sight and level globe front. The shotgun butt and forend are rather plain. It is under 2K. Anyone familiar with these rifles? Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets

saddlering Campfire Ranger S Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 17,688 Michigan, In , Boon	i had one for awhile in 45-70, was alright, i sold it to buy a Cody Ballard in 44-77, and liked the Ballard alot better. from what i heard they were only made for a few years, till they went under, thats about all I know. I dont think you should shoot hot loads out of it, as I was told ! Deer Camp! about as good as it gets!
