Seen it advertised here. For a fluted bolt and barrel seems a bit heavy. I have found almost nothing on them but danged if it isn't a decent looking rile at first blush. Trigger is adjustable and looks like and Accutrigger...dang it. Don't know about bolt throw or if they copied other Savage designs like everyone else seems to be doing these days. Anyone?

https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbth...s/10050442/Mossberg_Patriot#Post10050442This came up earlier this week, in another forum here. My opinion hasn't changed any yet, and I still don't know who this Snow character is .

Didn't Mossberg have some rifles that were coming apart in 30-06 a few years ago. It seemed there was a problem with bolts coming apart? kwg

Had a buddy win an ATR that disemboweled itself after the third shot. Too many other solid platforms out there. If I have to have a new rifle, under 400...howa. If not I'd rather have a military sporter.

Saw them at the local GS last week. Looked like they were turned from a used Mack truck axle.
