Ok guys i really screwed the pooch this year. I have been putting in for unit 70 had three points put in this year and apparently i put in for the wrong hunt i put in for the PRIVATE only.

God knows how i did that but i did. I need to find my cheapest option a trespass fee that is cheap cheap. If anybody can help me out with a contact i would really appreciate it.

I'd call the Wildlife dept. and go from there. They may have some ideas/contacts.

You can always turn the tag back in and keep your points for next year if you want. Just won't get your money back.

If i do not find something i can afford i will try that. Do you know if there is a cut off date?

In all honesty it'll likely be cheaper in the long run to turn the tag back in and get a unit-wide voucher that's basically the trespass fee. You won't get your point for the year, but you'll get to keep what you went into the draw with. Have to turn the tag back in the day prior to season.
