Looking to have a Browning BT-99+ gone over new springs replace any needed parts etc. Would like to find a smith in the Pennsylvania area any recommendations?

Guy I know here around Pittsburgh is semi-retired and says he is only doing work for friends.

Redneck here on the fire knows his Brownings and shoots trap. I'm betting he has been around a Bt-99 or two.

Southeast Berks county Reading area. I have one outfit in my area that I know of, but I get mixed reviews on their work.

trapshooters.com may be another option to look into.

Mike Crevar is the man here in Western pa, but I know he isn't looking for work and unless you have an in the wait would be loooong.

If you don't mind shipping it, the Browning guru guys are Art's Gun Shop in Hillsboro, Missouri and Midwest Gun Works in Pevely, Missouri. Both are truly excellent.

Maybe a call to Shydas to see if they can recommend some one local.
It looks like Millers has a gunsmith on site.
