Go to a pro-shop licensed to sell the bow you want and buy it. Their dealer price is usually as low, or lower, than you can buy otherwise. I don't know what you're looking for, but you might check here. http://precisionarcheryonline.com/

IF you really want to go DIY get onto Archery Talk classifieds and shop the bow you are interested. You can get a nice deal on 2015s and 2014s well below what they sold for. Most sell as bare bows, and some have rests, and even fewer come with sights.
