I have been told that it is possible to resize the 6.8 spc to .30 Remington. The case dimensions puts the 6.8 spc at 1.667 and the .30 rem at 2.06 If anyone has experience in this area please drop me a line.

I don't think you can make a brass case grow .400 in length.

If you can't find .30 Rem brass and you have access to a lathe, one can form it by turning off the rim of a .30-30 case, cut a new extractor groove and size in your sizing die - trim if necessary. Would think this would be a better alternative to trying to use 6.8 spc cases.

Yep, about .400 in length. Can you make 25 Remington work?

WjW have read that alternative, But it takes more talent and machinery than I have. It would seem with the value so high on .30 rem. brass someone would be making some. ( 100 rds.of brass just went for $200 in gun broker!)

I'll send you 20 rounds of primed brass for $5 postage. I personally would fireform it with Bullseye and a wax plug and NO Bullet! You can size and load.
You need to send me a shipping address.

Thanks so much Butch. Unbelievable to have people on this site willing to help a fellow gun lover at no personal gain. I shows great character. I will keep the courtesy going when ever I encounter another in need of something I can help out with.

Danny, I had to ship to Danny123 as you didn't provide a last name. It is due to you by Monday.
