Heading out to Big Sky Montana in a few weeks for family vacation. Anybody have any personal experience with fly fishing guide in the area? It would be for me and 14 yr old son. Neither of us has any experience. Thanks.

Bringing own gear or is guide supplying?
Float or wade? How much pay per day? Nymph or dry fly?

Guide supplying. Not sure wade vs float. Never done it either way. Nymph or dry..no clue. I know squat about fly fishing. Looking for something fun do with the boy. Price not the biggest issue.

Tim Linehan. I have fished with Tim and his associate Sean several times. Both are world-class guides. Tim has been the Orvis Guide of the Year and Sean was a finalist for the same award. Book them and you will not regret it. LINEHAN
