Checked the .22 ammo situation over at Gunbroker, noticed that the scalpers are still trying to get 10-12 cents a round for cheap Walmart ammo. Was pleased to see almost no sales at all. Maybe people are getting smarter.

Here's hoping they've banged up against their credit limits and are paying 26 percent, too.

I am sure they made enough profit off their original purchases, that they paid off their credit cards. If they even used credit cards.

Cabela's in Rapid had a 500 pack of Norma. Never seen it before, for $65

Plastic Plane ammo can containing 16/100 boxes of CCI Mini-mags. $109. Bass Pro. Didn't last long, I went back with my wife the next morning.

If it was the Norma TAC-22 ammo, it is relabeled RWS. Just shot most of a brick over the 4th. Accurate and no FTF. A bit greasy, but worked great. Think my buddy said he paid about $50 for the brick, but I've not seen that price since the 4th on Gunbot.net

Call me jaded, but any ammo that sells for $50+ a brick damn well better shoot <.40" 5 shot groups at 50 yards.

LMAO. Bought whole bunch of flats when they were cheap. Got enough to last till I am 80, and only 63 now.
