You might give Leupold a call. Probably quicker with better information than the Internet.

Send them the BC, FPS, etc. and they should be able to make one for you. You're basically asking for a CDS for a 300 Black Out.

The CDS has no indicator for how many spins you've made. Thus it would be a poor choice if several hundred yards worth of elevation is being dialed in with a subsonic round. Easy to lose track of how many spins were made. If you use a dial with a zero stop, you won't have enough adjustment for longer yardages.
An M1 knob or target turret would be a better choice. If you're set on having a dial engraved with your dope, Leupold will engrave an M1 or target turret thusly.

On a subsonic 208 Amax with a 50 yard zero the CDS dial will get you to 150 yards. An M1 will get you to 275 with a somewhat typical 36 moa. I'd be looking at the SWFA SS or anything with more travel myself.

The affective killing distance of a .308 subsonic in my opinion would be 150yds so that would be perfect thanks guys

I actually have a CDS for 300 Blackout set for subsonics, but sold the rifle and scope. Send me a text and I'll sell it cheap.
