Im not going to claim to be the smartest guy here, but for the guys asking for this in .223 with a 8 twist... Why not just get an AR? I've got a 20" bull barrel 1:8 223 AR and it is a tack driver. Seating length. Try getting a 75gr Amax into an AR magazine.

Not for groups. I got it on paper and had to leave. The wife was actually standing on the back porch rushing me along...and I made us late. had to play with the new toy though.
It will get tested thoroughly tomorrow.
I enjoy handguns and I really like shotguns,...but I love rifles!

Just got home with mine. I have managed to get my bipod mounted, but no rings or scope yet. Looking forward to shooting it, but I am booked up for the next few days.

Shot my first group about five minutes ago. First load I tried... I used blue box Federal 100's to get it on paper. These were 105 VLD's on top of H4831sc. It does... I mounted the scope in higher rings and adjusted the stock. Had five more loaded up - same load as before. First on paper was way left. 1.2 mills right and these were the next three. Last one went over the Chrony at 2815.. Edit: a buddy came over and wanted to shoot the rifle. He shot the group above.
