Today, 7/12/15 I tried some RL25 in the 6.5SLR (26") firing Nolser ABLR 129's using CCI250Mag primers. The case is about the same as the .264 Win Mag. I started with 68.0 grains and went to 72.0 by .5 grain increments. Take a look at numbers 4,5,6,7,and 8. The formed a group of 11/16". The velocity started at 3,179 feet per second and went up to 3,376 feet per second. I'm wondering if you're getting enough separation at 100 yds. I like to shoot those at 400 yds.
Otherwise, I agree with 4-8.
It may be interesting to try those 5 loads at 300-400 yds. and see what they tell you.

Dirtfarmer, It may be interesting to try those 5 loads at 300-400 yds. and see what they tell you. The range was closed today except for the 100 yards. I like your idea. Later this week I will try what you are suggesting.

I agree with DF, a ladder needs to be shot a lot farther out than 100 yds. I do mine at 400 yds also, I'd do them at 600 if my range was set up for it.
