A blown tire, or busted suspension on the landing, could have been exciting for some of the spectators... I'm pretty sure at least one was blown, look at the right front at the end of the slide, the truck's on the rim and the tire is just a wide black smudge on the street.

It looks like the state ran out of money before they got the overpass completed and the road paved. It has to be in Montana.
