CZ 452 2E-FS-ZKM:
` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` `
I'm a sucker for full stock rifles and I found the above with a Leupold 6X scope / CZ Rings (everything like-new) for $599.
(I can get $25 off.)

I already have a CZ 452 'Trainer' that I really like, but my concern with this full-stock version is:
"Is the price too far out of line?"

Price is fine with said scope. Given the optic is $200 at a minimum. The 452's are not getting any cheaper. Enjoy it.

Thanks! It's a sealed deal then, I've got a 24 hour hold on it.

I had a full stock CZ 452 and it was a lot of fun; very accurate, and a hoot to shoot with iron sights.

That is a very good price with that scope with it. A 452 especially a FS bring good money in the shape you describe as they get fewer as we go with those models not being made now. I have 4 of the FS 452's and they are as accurate as any of my other CZ's. I always thought all that wood up along the barrel meant trouble but some how CZ must have got something right.

I got the CZ rifle home today, Scheel's credit card: $25 off, and no interest for 6 months on any single-item purchase of $500 +.
I'm also glad it has been previously fired, otherwise I'd probably keep it in mint-state.
I'm anxious to shoot it and want to get together with a friend and some other guns - Real Soon!

I don't know how to do the personal-pic-posting procedure yet,
but I found this image on-line. The wood figuring and color is similar to mine:

The European hump-backed rifle stock, with scope mounted, feels a little strange to me as I bring it to shoulder,
but I think maybe it's just something different to get used to - and will be fine?

Leupold 6X Scope: Proportionally, it actually looks good on the little rifle.

Really like my FS but you scored some really nice wood compared to me.

I really like the 452 CZ FS rifles. I have two in 22LR and a 22 Magnum and the 17 HMR. I thought about parting with the HMR but I used it some this summer and it is pretty nice. Still like the 22 Magnum better. Shoot the 22's a lot. The top two are 22's and the one with the magazine shortened is a 22 Mag. and the other is the HMR. I need to cut the magazine down on the HMR.

A question if I may ask.. What is the major difference between the 452's and the 455's??? I see they still make the 455's.. I am really thinking I should get one..

The big difference is the 455 you can change the barrel to another caliber by taking out two screws and putting in a different barrel. Also opens up a chance to buy a Lilja or another fine after market match grade barrel. I still think the preferred model as of right now is the 452 with the threaded in barrel. Either one is a great choice for the price.

johnnypa - very nice collection you have there. I've several CZ's (452FS, 550FS) and a Ruger 10/22FS. Just something about their look that makes your mind conjure up 'Safari' even if all you do is plink or go after small game. Second from top has really nice wood. Homesteader

I have really enjoyed my 452 American. saw a .22 mag full stock at a gun show that was very nice indeed. should have picked it up.
