Nice!!! A 24" Rainbow Trout will just about ruin you from any other type of fishing!

I swear I had that thought on landing this fish--that, if I never caught another fish, I would still be a happy man.  On this trip I caught dozens more trout from 12" to 20". Plus bluegills and a 13" smallmouth. But the fish that kicked my azz was a 26" carp! Fly fishing is a blast, I got used to casting real quick but bringing fish in without a reel took some getting used to.
