In the works. So with all the Cecil and Jericho stuff lately I turned on the TV tonight to watch Tarzan of the Apes with ol' Johnny Weissmuller tonight. For a refresher on what he used on lions. Remember his bag azz knife? Where the hell did he get it???

Tonight in this old azz flick they have shot hippos, lions, pygmies, with a Sporterized Mannlicher Berthier and a Moison Nagant!!! Last week in "Tarzans New York Adventure", Chill Wills was offing lions with a Krag!!!!

Think I'd rather watch Johnny. However if the new Jane gets necked, well I could probably suffer through it.
In the 1934 "Tazan and his Mate", Maureen O'Sullivan get "necked" while swimming, and not just a short scene either This was before the Hollywood censored movies and they were pushing it. Although most of us have watch the edited for television version.
Do not forget Bo Derek as Jane. Terrible movie but some nice scenery.

Run around like that and you'll get bit by mosquitoes by night and tsetses by day, and White folks will get burned to toast in the sun. OH yeah, you'll get tumbu flies too (human bot flies) but they are painless and sorta cool in a gross kind of way.
Those are mere annoyances, swim around in fresh water like that and free swimming larval flukes from parasitized water snails will burrow through your skin and take up residence on your bladder, producing hundreds of sharp-spined eggs a day at your expense.
This concentration of eggs will create a bleeding ulcer on your bladder through which, if you are lucky, all of the eggs will fall in lending a gritty feel to your bloody urine.
