Cortisone shot in the ankle yesterday, lower body/core today, felt good. And based on Moose Mike's recommendation from the other thread, I ditched my usual post-workout pint of vodka and had a protein shake instead.

I feel like a new man. Depart next Thursday.

Glad to hear it. Today was deadlift day for me. With the way my shoulder feels right now I was tempted to ditch my protein shake for a pint of Vodka. But I stayed true. laugh

Seven and a half month's post rotator cuff surgery here. Shoulder feels great now, it's close to 100%, but I'm pretty sure I exacerbated the problem lifting weights before the surgery.

40 wall-ball shots each, performed simultaneously (20 / 14 lb.)
100-ft. Piked Bear crawl (subbed in for handstand walk)
40 wall-ball shots each, performed simultaneously (20/ 14 lb.)
100-ft. weighted lunge (linked 45# plates for men/ linked 25# plates for women)

The linked plates were awkward and sucky.

Training walk with the new Pup. Around 90minutes.

Walked most, jogged a little, climbed a good hill. Pleasant break from pushing it.
