I am considering purchasing this scope. Anyone used one and care to share their opinion? I really want something with relatively low profile locking turrets, it would appear this or new Leupold VX 6 are the only choices with that feature.

I think they are a very nice scope. Locking Turrets work as advertised.

I would recommend it.

I had one for a few months before having to sell when $$ got a little tight. It worked very well for me, and I have zero complaints about this model. Its ability to resolve fine detail under low light may have been what most impressed me about this particular scope.

I have this scope and like it and the locking turrets.
I have a couple similar powered 3-15 Nitrex TR-2 scopes (same as Weaver Super Slams) with the same feature. Also very good especially for the money I paid.

I prefer the older 4.5-14 models for similar optics, less coin and as good or better eye relief.
