454 CASULL, he's had it as long as I've know him. Keeps it in his truck with FMJs , he uses it for the "other" kind of game. "it will shoot clean through an engine block"

I'm not into those revolvers, all I can tell you is the caliber because I've shot it.

It looks like 'Premier Grade' Freedom Arms revolver to me. Don't know the guy in the pics, but you nailed the revolver. That's definately a 6'' Freedom Arms. I owned one for a long time that I never should have sold.

I have an Olympus digital audio recorder that I'm bringing along to record conversations with John (with his permission only, of course) and my own dictated notes during the hunt. I have some ambitious plans for this material.
