The lead story on the news tonight is that the Cedar Rapids school board has found that Blacks are suspended from school far out of proportion to their numbers. Further study, time, and effort will be expended in an effort to correct this disparity (without addressing the root cause).
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.
