I bought an older Redfield recently at a good price.

It has been painted. Someone rattle canned it.

What is the best way to remove the paint?

Or just leave it alone?

Thanks

Dave

I took old rattle-can paint off of a vintage steel Weaver using this stuff;

JASCO

Home Depot,Ace Hardware, Lowes, etc carry it. Just don't get it on the lens! eek grin

Good to hear from you.

Thanks for the tip. I will try it.

How is the repair coming due to the spring storm?

Thanks again.

Dave
