First thing that would pop into my head is..."What else did they screw up?"  Send it back. Highly unlikely. Their QC is top notch... I can't tell if that is sarcasm but it seems like an absurd comment given the situation unless it is sarcasm which would mike it funny.

I am going to leave it as is for now. Getting ready to sight it in to take on a bear hunt. Might not ever do anything as long as nothing else is affected. That's probably a 2-week turn around for Leupold. They would be very interested in this.

Hope you've got a backup rig ready to roll. I do and I did sight it in. Seemed to work fine.

Scope assembled on a Friday afternoon.  It all started with medical marijuana in '98.... Predicting some real wunderscopes hitting the market thanks to Oregon's newly legit recreational dope scene. Dude, where's the DiamondCoat go? Uhhh, I don't know, I'm busy working on the Quantum thingy. Hey, help me out, which end is the objective? It's opposite the Twilight Extender... Cool.
