I'm interested in a copy as well.

John,
I changed my mind, I'll need you to put me down for two please. My new to reloading brother will get one for Christmas.

Thanks,
Geno

I'll take a copy as well, JB. Thanks - it's about time that you wrote this book!

Well, dang. I can't find room to put half the books I already have, much less find room for another.
Put med down for one.

Hi Amigo:

As usual your posts are down to earth common sense.

Also as usual my comments perceived EXLUDE the vast majority of participants and apply ONLY to a tiny handful. Sorry but you and most others didn't make the grade on the squirrel list.

I actually agree with you summation of John's attributes. I'll be buying my 5th fifth book from them. But not for me, for my Grandson.

Incidentally it looks like I will have to have a little talk with John about "largess" since I single handedly increased his book sales 400% in less than 24 hours !!! grin

Haven't youse Guys "figgered" out that I am just "messin" around most of the time ?

Mulie,

I want one! However, I need the addendum on the .250 Savage. I might be the only one that shoots it, but you covered my other favorites - 6.5 x 55, 9.3 x 62, and .450/.400. That list makes me conclude you have exquisite taste in cartridges. smile

ringworm,

Unfortunately it's not going to be available as an e-book. We actually don't get many requests for any of our publications as e-books, probably because hunters and shooters tend to be a little older than average Americans, and also more traditional.

But the big reason is data is a major leaguge PITA to convert to e-book format. Simple text works fine, but when lots of numbers are involved, especially in a particular layout, they tends to get severely scrambled. Since most of our books contain some data (including Eileen's cookbooks) we're bypassing the entire headache!

hatari,

Oh, the .250 Savage gets plenty of attention, in a long chapter called "The Accurate .25's" that includes the .250 and the two .257's, Roberts and Weatherby. The .25-20 and .25-06 got their own chapters because the .25-20's so different from the "modern" .25's, and the .25-06 because it's by far the most popular .25.
