Has Winchester changed the barrel threads in the last 50-60 years on the 94's?
(30-30 caliber.)

I have a Trapper length barrel late 1960's vintage that I am considering putting on a 94 and would like to know before I look for a donor rifle/carbine.

Thanks for any help.

The standard models are the same. The Big Bore models have a larger shank.

Thanks. I had read somewhere that maybe the threads were changed between pre and post 64.
