I am installing a sling swivel in the butt stock of a Speed Feed stock. Can I / Should I use blue loc tite for this application? Will it melt or damage the synthetic stock?

See http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric-off-road/500972-loctite-ok-screw-screws-into-plastic.html

Loctite does have this: http://www.henkelna.com/product-search-1554.htm?nodeid=8797887234049 It appears to be a type of CA glue Hardware store CA gel would likely work as well.
