I bought this rifle new, a while back, and have only taken it out of the box for pictures. CZ Stopped making these 17 Rem Varmints a few years ago. The CZ 527 VARMINT in .17 Remington is fitted with a 24”, 1 in 9 twist heavy barrel. The new rifle retains all of the features that made the 527 famous, from its controlled round feed, claw extractor to its single set trigger, and hammer forged barrel. Scope mounts are integrated into forged, square bridge receiver (rings not included). The rifle comes with a 5 round, detachable box magazine.
