No they are not the "zero lock" the ones i got are taller then that. They are very nice and I will get some pics up shortly. I dont have the scope mounted yet but they are exactly what i wanted. I really like the zero stop they did on these. It has reverse threads on an inner sleeve and when you dial it unscrews it until its bottoms out, i can get 41moa from my stop until the dial maxs out.

My elevation dial is marked 0-19moa with every moa marked. My windage is marked 0-10 then back to zero so ten left ten right

When you ordered these from Leupold was it through the custom shop or are these just a stocked item? If it was through the custom shop did you get to use your CDS certificate? Do you have part numbers or any order information from your invoice?
I have been trying to figure out what to ask Leupold. I think I have the right thing ordered but it would be nice to verify.
