Anybody who's ever used a vicky parer knows they are handy little devils. I figured to maybe make a bigger version for boning out larger critters, so here's the full grown version. No flex in this one. Let me know what ya think...

This one is 154 and I believe I ground it out of 5/32" stock.

For me I would have liked just a bit of flex in that. To me that looks like just about perfection for a whole bunch of processing and food prep chores. Nice design...
