Midway has them listed as discontinued. Is Hornady stopping production of these? Anybody heard?

DH,

I wonder if their new "Nomex" tipped bullets are slated to replace the 162 AMAX as well as some of their other offerings. I believe the name is ELD match

It's cheaper for them to charge more and sell less product than it is to increase production. .....??? wink

I am buying discontinued Amax's when I see a deal, 1200 75's on the way right now. Looking pretty good on 105's and 162's, thinking about a couple of 5K 123 and 140's.

I am not concerned at all, heck, a tipdip in VHT flame paint outta be good for 2K degrees laugh

Hornady is quickly going down the tubes. It'll be Noslers only for me in the near future, I guess.

If Nosler doesn't get the rag out and start getting A-Bonds on the shelves in a timely manner,my loading bench will be wallpapered with Scirocco boxes. I gave up on ever having any amount of Innerbonds as well.
