So I bought a 4-20 lee lead melter when I got it the shoulder screws that the Valve arm assembly goes up and down on were mis-tapped that put the whole thing in a bind and inoperable. So I contacted them and they were like yea send back to us. We will give you a gift certificate for the amount of your shipping. So basically I would be out more time and my money and you are going to give a gift certificate for my shipping the only way to get my money back is to spend more of money in your store to buy something retail. What a bunch of $#!&.

Most lee products are a work in progress, hence the low price.
You're probably better off selling it on flea-bay or castboolits. People pay near new prices for used Lee stuff, boggles the mind.

At an auction yesterday I watched two "Lee Precision Melters" (the small beginner pots) go for over $100 each. I almost choked. One of the buyers was even an online bidder; a quick google search would have shown they are about $35-40 new.

I have quite a few lee molds, I really like the 6 cavities. Have had lee dies in the past but was not terribly impressed.

I live 20 miles from their shop so I buy their stuff . I have several jig moulds , a .500 mould for my 50 cal. muzzleloader that does not shoot well. It should be .502 or something. I have a .457 mould for my 45-70 Gov. that does not shoot well at all. It should be .460. , so I bought a Lee swager to to swag it down to .452 for my muzzleloader with sabots. This works well. The dies are fine. The brass trimmer is easy as can be and works well with a cordless drill . I dont know why I have 2 moulds that dont shoot though. Seems they make the bullets too small.
