Recently Chef Jed T. from France qualified to attend the World Food Championships in Kissimmee, Florida. A big thanks and congrats to Chef Jed from Owens BBQ for choosing Tatonka Dust seasoning for his entry in the steak category with a New York strip steaks, hot and fast seared on a cast iron griddle over a Weber chimney for a 10th place win at the World Food Championships!

That's great! I notice Tatonka Dust is ND based. Is it yours?

If so, an even bigger congrats!!

It is and thank you David! My wife and I developed Tatonka Dust seasoning 4 1/2 years ago and it has been available on the retail market for 3 years now.

Ha !!! I've been doing rib eyes on a grate directly over my chimney with great results.

Reverse sear works great this way but PAY ATTENTION as there's a fine line between a juicy RE and turning meat protein into a lump of carbon. lolol.

I'm hitting over 1K degrees using briquettes according to my pyrometer with the meat just inches away.

Awesome flavor !!!!
