Hoping all the gang enjoys a great Thanksgiving.
I'll be eating up at the daughter's house, and thought I got clean away with making things, but............ I'll be taking up a sweet potato casserole, and a yellow squash/cheddar casserole. Oh, and one of those Spice/pumpkin cakes that I mentioned.

Only took a couple[and forgot to get one of the CheesePie ] I must say, the bacon wrapped pork roast was unbelievable!! When I cut into it, it just fell apart into shredded pork .

Thanks for the 'tips' on cooking the roast BYC. Just after I took the pic I wrapped it in foil which was about 3 hours into cooking it. It stayed another 2 hours or so at temp. Then I pulled the babybacks and just let the roast sit for an hour or so as the cooker cooled. Still not believing how perfect it came out.
