I really like hunting in mixed game country. Last weekend I was looking for a whitetail buck and came upon a very nice herd of mature bull elk, 15 or so in the group. And a good mule deer buck. Last month it was moose. I'm always grateful to be in the presence of game, and sometimes it's the one I'm after. We will be butchering the buck in the last picture tomorrow.

Had a Kudu come to a feeder in Texas once. Was told that the exotic ranch up river had some of their fence wash away when the river flooded and lost a few animals.

Man, just SMILE and be so very thankful for that kind of variety in B G animals.

W t are the only B G in So. Ark. In N Central Ark we do have a huntable population of Elk but it's on a permit DRAW basis.

Fantastic pics and a very nice W t you got there.

All I see is turkeys and a mangy little coyote, which I cut in half with the .270. I did him a favor, he was in poor shape.

You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.

While its not bg... there is always something. Yotes, fox, coons, all kinds of birds. Turkeys sometimes. Love watching doves and cardinals. And crows. Watching fox/yotes mouse is a blast.

Ducks and geese and cranes flying at times too.

There is almost always somethign to watch. And if there isn't, I start looking for the bobcat that scared it all off. LOL.

We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....
