Here's to wishing all of you chef's a very Happy Thanksgiving[and may all of your meals come out terrific]. And happy belated Thanksgiving to all of the non USA folks as well.
We are having our Thanksgiving tomorrow[Wednesday]as my wife will head for the beach Thursday morning and I will be hunting pretty much all the way through, with the exception to manning the smoker tomorrow afternoon.
Our meal:
Bacon wrapped porkloin/roast
Turkey Drumsticks
Babyback ribs
All above cooked on a [non-green egg] smoker
twice baked potatoes
broccoli casserole
corn pudding
yeast rolls
Chocolate cheesepie
Bourbon chocolate pecan pie
Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well, Sir ! Had my thanksgiving last week with my wife in Pa. as well as yesterday with friends here in WV. Turkey leftovers as I type this. Nap time soon !!  (burp)

Hoping all the gang enjoys a great Thanksgiving.
I'll be eating up at the daughter's house, and thought I got clean away with making things, but............
I'll be taking up a sweet potato casserole, and a yellow squash/cheddar casserole. Oh, and one of those Spice/pumpkin cakes that I mentioned.

Thanks for the 'tips' on cooking the roast BYC. Just after I took the pic I wrapped it in foil which was about 3 hours into cooking it. It stayed another 2 hours or so at temp. Then I pulled the babybacks and just let the roast sit for an hour or so as the cooker cooled. Still not believing how perfect it came out.
