New to the forums so I wanted to post a pic of my new Big Bore. Winchester 70 safari express in 375. Has a 3-x40 Zeiss conquest. Currently playing with 260 accubonds and reloader 15.
The only thing I plan to change is moving to talley steel bases/rings.
Congrat's, I don't think that you''ll be disappointed. Unless of course you find yourself using one rifle exclusively hereafter! memtb
You should not use a rifle that will kill an animal when everything goes right; you should use one that will do the job when everything goes wrong." -Bob Hagel

I just bought the same rifle in .416 Rem Mag. I used to have one just like this one, and I absolutely loved the quality of the rifle. I killed two buffalo and one elephant with mine, and I could not have been more pleased with how the rifle performed.
Are you planning on hunting with it? If so, what game will you be hunting?

Right now its going to be a mule deer/elk/shiras moose rifle....However I am trying to put together a caribou trip to alaska in 2017 and want to take it as well.
I took mine (the original one) one a bear hunt one time, but I never got a chance to use it. To be honest, it was a little heavy for use as a mountain rifle, but it is reassuring to know you have that much firepower.
It should be devastating as a long-range elk rifle.
