OP Orville Campfire Greenhorn O Joined: Aug 2015 Posts: 47	Some stores sell 62 grain fusion from the federal company but I see some of this sold as 62 grain fusion MSR. The regular fusion is more expensive. Is it better?

Nebraska Campfire Outfitter N Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 14,064	MSR stands for Modern Sporting Rifle and is specifically designed for use in AR-style rifles. It has a faster burning powder to accommodate shorter (16"ish barrels) and, I believe, it also has crimped primers. If you're shooting a bolt-action, I'd choose the regular Fusion but if you're shooting an AR, I'd choose (and did) the Fusion MSR. Biden's most truthful quote ever came during his first press conference, 03/25/21. Drum roll please...... "I don't know, to be clear." and THAT is one promise he's kept!!!
