Looking at some [b][color:#3333FF]animal rennet tablets[/color][/b] comprised of 97% Chymosin.

Since Chymosin is the active ingredient that makes the milk curdle, I'm assuming these tablets will work in cow AND goat milk.?

Thoughts?
