Thanks for sharing this. I had the kids out a few times this Fall and it is a real joy. Reading about others' experiences is almost as good as being there.

I took my son and daughter hunting as soon as they showed interest and both of them still go hunting with the old man. One or both of them have done that for the past three decades. Hunts with them are among the best I have taken part in....
