The shooter had an extensive criminal record, domestic violence, window peeping, shooting neighbor's dog, etc.
He wasn't a terrorist, just a f'n nut....
I read he's been living in Colorado ever since they legalized dope..... (i.e. he's been there over a year).

So, it doesn't sound like this guy would have been able to legally buy the rifle he used if my ideas had been implemented after Sandy Hook, or any of the subsequent mass shootings.
