Here I am, Richard. In Thunder Bay for a two hour colonoscopy. A real pain in the back door. I told you about medic man's wife passing back in June. He is away from his outer and glued to his cell phone now.

All kidding aside, I wish you all kinds of well, there seems to be no part of the human body that is not important.
The Good Lord did an amazing job when He designed it.
