I imagine there is a thread devoted to tech questions, but this is about my Africa story. I have 12-14 (12 last count, might be up to 14 currently) page story of my 2015 Africa Safari in Microsoft Word.

I do not want to post that many pages. I know how to post pictures using Photobucket.

1. If I use the attachment feature, if one is even available here, will the document appear plain text in 12+ pages or just the link to open MS Word?

2. Is there a document hosting provision on Photobucket or some other site?

There is a word limit per post, I don't think you can do it in a single post. The easiest way is to post the last page first, and then follow up with as many as it takes to get it all in. If you start from the first page it will end up out of order or backwards.

Post it as replies to your first original thread

Another option may be to post a portion of the story and or a summary and then e-mail the whole story to those who express an interest. If it is about hunting and Africa I am interested. If it is about someone's personal experience as opposed to the experience of someone paid to write stories I am even more interested.

photobucket can be relatively easily. I was able to manage it to post my pictures here. If I can figure it out I'm sure anyone can. If you post up in the hunter's campfire I'm sure some "techo" dude will be more than happy to help you post.

I know enough to do, not enough to teach when kit comes to photos.
