Good lord, some of you make this shiet so damned complicated. Sharpie's, bullet compactors etc.
What is the TWIST of said rifle?

Well you ain't gonna be able to shoot any fun bullets in it. That said, see for sure what you have and then call them, if need be.

The "fun" bullets I want to shoot include:
- 80/85 Barnes - 87 VMax - 90 Lapua - 95 NBT
Each of those should shoot in a 10 twist.

Ok, do they chamber? Still not sure what all the talk is about, go check shiet out.
It's either a short throat or a tight one. I'm guessing it's a bit snug.

Get this worked out before sending back to Cooper. The most accurate rifle I ever owned wouldn't chamber 5 out of 10 factory rounds.

In my experience Tikkas have long throats in most of their chamberings so I am betting the bullets are just too long in a shorter throated rifle.

Either a throat length issue or a neck diameter issue. Just take the brass that chambers easily, and seat a bullet way deep, and check again. That will eliminate or confirm the neck diameter possibility. I don't see any reason why they would ream it with a neck so tight that factory ammo wouldn't chamber, but I guess anything is possible.
It would certainly add a quite unnecessary and complicated step if every piece of brass for that gun had to be neck turned.

Yeah turning necks is not on my to-do list for this, or any rifle I own. Will get some time this weekend to make up dummy rounds and see where things are hitting.

This schit is hilarious! I'd buy a video of you trying to sneak up on a glass of fhuqking water!
Start At The Fhuqking Start.
Hint.
Great time to trip the POS Cooper 1-10" 243AI and get something good instead. A RAR would wipe the mat with it.
Re-hint.

1-10 will shoot the 80/85 Barnes, the 87 VMax and the 90 Lapua. All bullets that you have trumpeted over, and over, and over again as fantastic pills for the 243 AI.
Only thing about the 1:10... it leaves me without an invitation to the 105 party. So be it.

I think the original post was to find helpful, pertinent information, not to hear a bunch of infantile spouting off ala Bricktop
For the .243, there is no need to go over 90-95 grains for all practical purposes. Unless you want to shoot a cup and core which needs weight alone for performance. The 80 and 85 Barnes will perform way better than the other stuff, while having higher velocity

Short throat, maybe. But that won't usually hit a concrete wall as you described.
Tight neck, probably. Measure the virgin brass necks, then measure the loaded ammo necks. If one is significantly smaller than the other, you've found your problem.
You will be neck-turning for this one.

If it was a tight neck, Cooper would be paying freight both ways as well as fixing it, if it were mine. If I didn't specify a tight neck when ordering, I'd for sure want factory spec neck thickness to be able to be chambered.

Sharpie showing contact on the bullet. Indicative of a short throat?

Fellow, do yourself a favour and check to see if the chamber has a tight neck that is not allowing the loaded rounds to chamber, and if it is then for Christ's sake do NOT force a round in and fire it or you will probably do yourself SERIOUS damage.
These are my opinions, feel free to disagree.

Where does neck end in that photo? Sounds like a neck turn issue...

Pencil tip is pointing to where the neck ends and bullet begins.
