Corned pork and cabbage. At $.99 a pound, figured I would give it a try. Wish I had bought more. 2 3/4 # of what looks to be sirloin roast. Good flavor and less salty than most beef packages.

Oak grilled Costco 1/4+ pounder dogs, Costo bastard sized buns steamed, dear wife's potato salad and grilled bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed jalapenos to start. Simple, effective. Washing down a Gibson and heading for bed.

Fish and chips and plenty of malt vinegar, though I now know that malt vinegar breath is as enticing as garlic breath to some crazy

Pasta is/was fresh lasagne sheets, adorned with well seasoned sautéed shiitake & brown cremini mushrooms, leaks, garlic. Fresh tarragon & heavy cream added at end & simmered (including the al dente pasta sheets) & reduced.

Good grate of fresh parmesan & serve.

Super tasty meal.

Me too !

After a good tooth brushing, a spray of Oscar, a couple of Altoids, and some give and take, we seemed to come to a meeting of the ways, my ways. I have very persuasive ways grin
