Pan sear 1 minute per side in EVOO medium rare

Well, as if anyone really cares, I had the leftover potato soup, and grilled cheese, and the wife finished the roast beef hash. We both had a bit of apple slices.

No photos, and you are not missing out on much. My photo ops for the 24HCF FC&GP have consistently failed in the past due to one thing over and over. Dead batteries  Once in a blue moon ol' Denny whips up a plate of vittles just begging to have their picture taken but by the time the bat has been brought up to power the darn food has somehow vanished. WAASSSUUP wit dat ? I have a wonderful Nikon DSLR that far exceeds my capabilities as photographer but it spends most of its time in the safe. Oh well.

Took my daughters and Deb out for Japanese Hibachi to celebrate my daughters 16th Bday.
Had seafood shrimp,lobster and scallops
Hibachi chef we had was very talented and put on a great show
