Yes border security and sensible immigration program is vital to maintaing adequate standard of living to working Americans. Concerns with gay marriage, defunding Planned Parenthood, ISIS threat, smaller and more affordable military not important.
As I alluded in above post handouts to poor impoverished need to be addressed through opportunity. Those that don't want to contribute in positive way when given opportunity should be let go. should be let go = killed We would prefer economically unsupported. As famous person once said "we can not afford to be as nice folks".

by Husband of Middleton victim on Oct 14th, 2015 It is surprising this guy still has a license. I was informed by a female former patient of his that Middleton, in the process of "examining" her, was essentially fondling/groping her, and according to her, had an erection at the time. Later, when the woman was discussing what to do, another woman stated that she knew of a staff employee who had filed numerous complaints against Middleton that went nowhere. The last straw was when we discovered that he had done a physical for an under aged girl who wanted to play sports at school. During that "physical" he fondled this young teen. Unfortunately in the "CYA" corporate world, all the allegations were quickly dismissed, rather than admit what Middleton has been doing, and accept responsibility. I swear the Republican candidates are more interested in name calling and misrepresenting facts than talking about immigration reform, tax reform, feasible approaches to dealing with ISIS, etc. Of course, if you'd prefer to see Carly lie about PP than talk about global warming, well, then, go for it.
I can't recall a single meaningful policy discussion during any Republican debate. Anybody?

Another. Rude, demeaning, and maybe a perv. Apr 29th, 2013 I went to doctor Middleton for severe abdominal pains through Instacare. Just as Stu M. has stated, I was demeaned and made to feel VERY uncomfortable around this doctor. He behaved as if I was arguing against everything he said-though I wasnt saying a word! I was simply nodding and listening. I was not instructed to sit back up after he did his "pressing" over my abdomen to check for god-knows what whilst in a smock. He continued during the majority of my consultation to touch and grab my entire stomach area, even getting a bit too close to the breasts... I was so severely uncomfortable that I didnt know what to say or do so I eventually just sat up of my own accord. I was given a LECTURE on how I did not have any ulcers, and that the tests werent worth his time and was issued a prescription for irritable bowel syndrome. So far this medicine has only been a super-tum, making it easier to have taco bell. After he left (without any instruction on whether to return to reception or anything!) my husband, who had been sitting in said that he felt uncomfortable with his 'prodding.' So I know it wasnt just me! I was given no information about the prescription I was issued such as lifestyle changes etc. So I ended up calling before pick-up. When doing this I decided to inform the head nurse of my discomfort and ill-treatment and asked her to make the appropriate person aware of this. Im sure she did no such thing. Tort Reform 5. preserve the 2A 6. Close the borders and start the process of deportation 7. escalate the war against Islamic terror 8. re-instate means-testing for welfare to include drug testing 9. no federal funding of Planned Parenthood.
